李宁，女，汉族，中共党员，1982年8月生，经济法学硕士，民商法学博士（在读）。先后任海南省三亚市中级人民法院助理审判员,审判员，2016年12月至2019年1月借调至最高人民法院第六巡回法庭工作。2018年12月任四级高级法官。
