汤玲燕，女，汉族，中共党员，1988年12月生，2010年11月参加工作。大学本科学历，法律硕士。先后在海南省保亭黎族苗族自治县人民法院任助理审判员和审判员,2018年1月任审判监督庭庭长,2017年5月任三级法官。
